Pollen forecasts and per-allergen alerts.
Pollenary uses Google's Universal Pollen Index, which runs 0–5. We compared several sources against real pollen-counting stations and Google matched the measured counts most closely, so that is the number we show. Other apps use a 0–12 scale from a different provider; the two are not interchangeable and should not be compared directly.
Check three things. One: alerts are turned on in the app's Settings tab. Two: notifications are allowed for Pollenary in iOS Settings → Notifications. Three: your alert level is not set higher than the pollen actually gets where you live — if it is set to Very High you will rarely hear from us. Alerts are sent each morning, around 9 AM Eastern.
The free version covers one ZIP code, which you can change once a week. That keeps the forecast costs sustainable without ads. Pollenary Plus covers up to 10 ZIP codes a day.
Because we only record days we actually observed. We deliberately did not import history from another provider whose numbers we could not verify. Your history starts the day you begin using the app and grows from there.
The full 5-day forecast, which plants drive each day ahead, early warnings repeated each morning as a bad day approaches, recorded history for your ZIP code, and up to 10 ZIP codes a day. It is $0.99 per month.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Pollenary. You can also tap "Manage subscription" in the app's Settings tab.
Open the Settings tab and tap "Restore purchase". Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not appear, email us.
